This mod provides full English cockpit for DCS MiG-15bis module.

It's built based on my MiG-15 Chinese Cockpit Mod.

(Have been waiting for an EN mod for a long time, so try to do it myself)

Howto install:

 

    1) Extract "MIG-15BIS-CPT-TEXTURES" folder from zip file

   2) Move the folder to "Mods\aircraft\MiG-15bis\Cockpit\Textures\"

   * This mod is created based on DCS World v1.2.16.

Is it JSGME ready?

Sorry it's not. Since the recommended installation method will not be affected by DCS repair/updates, there is no need to frequently install/uninstall via jsgme

 

But it's quiet easy to make it jsgme capatible: in _mods folder which is under DCS root installation folder, create a folder named 'mig15 en cockpit', then recursively create folders by following the path where the texture folder will be placed to. Finally, move the texture folder extracted from zip file to proper location inside 'mig15 en cockpit'

thanks for finding that bug. I didn't notice that the flare button texture has been moved from other dds to 13. I will fix it in minutes.

Saved me the agony of Russian language school.

Question though; Mainstay did a mod that tweaked several textures in the cockpit. Mod here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=139805

 

I had his mod installed until your English version came around. Is there anyway you could work with him (and/or his mod) to combine the two?

 

I don't know what the protocol is but I sure would appreciate it if the mods could be combined.
