Most stuff is being updated for DCS 2 aka EDGE.

VEAO has done a recent update on whats going on.

In before move.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Has been very quiet lately.

Please remember many DCS ww2 backers have paid upfront.

It's not unreasonable that we seek reassurance we are still on track to receive what we paid for

There has been no real updates on anything' date=' DCS or third party for ages, any chance of one?[/quote']

There is going to be a live stream on the 21st June, but it's not an update as such not unless they announce something in the stream. There was something mentioned about blocking bugs earlier this month though, it was the DCS World 2 thread, so you might of missed it.

Is DCS WW2 a DCS project or 3rd party / kickstarter endeavor?

I think your reassurance should come from the fact DCS has worked to completed the Nevada map promised to the original A-10C beta purchasers after the 3rd party developer working on it folded.

Mate the Nevada map was promised to people who bought the beta of the a-10.

If we are working to that time schedule we won't see DCS ww2 for another five years!

Let's keep this discussion polite. We all love this game, but there's nothing pushy or out of order for those who backed the ww2 kickstarted to seek reassurance this project is on track.

We are merely good customers inquiring as to what has become of the product we paid for.

My comment was not intended to to be impolite...It was meant to reassure you.

I'm curious was a timeline established by the Kickstarter for the map to be released?

Nick, the money we all paid up front was pocketed by a con man (who also deceived DCS).

DCS stepped in to salvage and complete the project. And they agreed to credit us for what we already had invested in the form of future releases.

Given the generosity of DCS (ED), we are in no position to whine.

Exceptional engineering...and a large hammer to make it fit!
