As I am 'unfortunately' addicted to DCS and I'm don't want to give up, I discovered the following;

Regardless of high AoA maneuvers etc. the following planes have 100% correct replays (at least during an extended traffic pattern and a few high G/ AoA maneuvers on downwind)

Su25T

Su27

F-15C

Mig-15

L-39

You can add Gazelle on the list. Perfectly replays, even with multiple landings on moving ships. Didn't try with shooting though.

And the Mirage, seems to be all perfect. I try a simple flight with the TF51, taxi/TO/landing....my flight was nice, but the replay crash me when taking off.

Simple flights are meaningless. Replays are broken for any meaningful gameplay.

Well, doing a nice crosswind landing in the Mig21 is definitely more difficult than simply shooting at other planes ;)

Notice that I used the word 'meaningful' not 'difficult'.

I sincerely hope that you don't consider killing (virtual) people meaningful...

In terms of the intended purpose of a combat simulation game, yes I do.

A-10C replays are a mess now. I can't recall exactly when they got broke but I remember that roughly a year ago they were working fine

I've seen it mentioned that it is related to rocket/missile launching. That the variables inherent in those actions throw the inputs needed for replays wildly out of sync. If I fire a rocket in an L-39ZA flight, the replays are borked....if I don't they seem fine. No replay in a P-51 works. I'm curious to know if the 190 or 109 also will not faithfully reproduce a flight.

Well, for now, it's a bit of a hit or miss issue. Guys above report broken MiG-21 tracks, but I've just watched my mission in that plane, with takeoff, multiple runs on ground targets and landing. 24+ minutes and everything played fine, I even got a bit brave with using time acceleration x2 during playback and it was OK. God knows why MiG tracks work for some of us, while not for the others. Same with other various planes.
