sabreman Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Two quick bugs I guess: The mach indicator goes from 0.5 to 1.0 in like, 2 intervals. Considering you spend most of your time bellow mach 1, this seems totaly useless. The RWR doesn't make any sounds at all. Is this intended behavior?
ED Team cofcorpse Posted October 23, 2016 ED Team Posted October 23, 2016 Will look into mach indicator, thank you. Sounds are fixed in internal version.
SierraFox Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 Sounds are fixed in internal version. by this do you mean a currently unreleased "in house" version/upcoming patch? GGTharos Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 In house version. Eventually those changes will be released to the public. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

Eddie Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 Any news on the Mach dial? It should indicate in 0.1 Mach increments rather than the current state.
some1 Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Here's how the mach indicator scale should look like: gZx8j1eTgxU Eight months and still not fixed.... :music_whistling: Hardware: VPForce Rhino, FSSB R3 Ultra, Virpil WarBRD, Hotas Warthog, Winwing F15EX, Slaw Rudder, GVL224 Trio Throttle, Thrustmaster MFDs, Saitek Trim wheel, Trackir 5, Quest Pro
Svend_Dellepude Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 It's fixed in Nevada OA. You can just copy the F-5 cockpit stuff from AO to OB and then it works in OB as well. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.
ED Team cofcorpse Posted May 4, 2017 ED Team Posted May 4, 2017 I'm sorry about that. I'll check 1.5 and force update of cockpit there
Svend_Dellepude Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Thanks! :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.

Ramsay Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 The RWR is not working in 1.5 or 2.0 for me.. Enabling the 'Search' filter, E-2, E-3 and BB radars are displayed on the IP-1310/ALR in a training mission I fly (DCS v1.5.6.4818 ). Which mission/aircraft/radar emissions are you expecting to detect and at what ranges ? i9 9900K @4.8GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 11 Pro x64, Odyssey G93SC 5120X1440
Svend_Dellepude Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 The RWR is not working in 1.5 or 2.0 for me.. Sorry mate , should have been more clear. I was talking about the mach indicator, not the RWR. Beamscanner Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) Enabling the 'Search' filter, E-2, E-3 and BB radars are displayed on the IP-1310/ALR in a training mission I fly (DCS v1.5.6.4818 ). Which mission/aircraft/radar emissions are you expecting to detect and at what ranges ? My rwr test mission has an SA-6 in it. My RWR sees it active but I get no audio until it launches a missile in which case I get the 1000Hz tone from the sound files. Yes, my RWR audio is turned up, and I can hear RWR sounds in the A-10C on the same mission. My aircraft starts 13 miles away, and I fly right over top the SA-6 dodging its missiles.. EDIT: So I've switched missions and I get some indications from other radars, such as the N019. But it only pings once in awhile, probably 1/3 as often as it does with other RWRs.. Which makes no sense because the N019 scan period hasn't changed. I hope this gets looked into. Edited May 11, 2017 by Beamscanner
dolfo Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 I'm sorry about that. I'll check 1.5 and force update of cockpit there I was under the impression this was fixed in 1.5 already? Trying 1.5.6.5199 and I see the old mach meter (0.5-1.0 dial)
Svend_Dellepude Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 In latest beta it's fixed. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.
dolfo Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Thanks. Seems like a good time to upgrade "stable" to beta.
Svend_Dellepude Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 You don't have to upgrade. You can have stable, alpha and beta along side eachother. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.
