I think that your anti virus software removed some files. Please check the logs...

Each version of SimShaker gets a little better/more stable, btw. I've had some issues in the past, and am glad to say they're mostly resolved now. Thanks again to all involved in its development, it's the closest you can get to flying without a hangar ;)

You only need the pay part if you're using Buttkickers or something similar, afaik. It works via USB out of the box. If you aren't using Buttkickers, you don't need the pay version. And if you don't know what a Buttkicker is, then you don't have them, and again, don't need the pay version ;)

I didn't say it won't work if you HAVE Buttkickers.

Are you having the JetSeat interface with THEM, are you just using the USB mode? Because, according to the site, in order to do the sound interface (i.e. have it interface with the Buttkickers) you need the pay module.

Docs for the Sound Module:

https://dreamsimteam.blogspot.ru/p/simshaker-and-buttkicker.html

"....its successorSimShaker for Aviators feature Sound Module paywear addon to produce vibration effects by playing special low frequency sound samples through bass shaker devices (transducers)."

I.E.

If you want to interface with the Buttkickers, you have to have the Payware module. Not "You must have this if you OWN".

Hello, I've looked and looked, I don't see any clear description of what the pay on module adds to the aviator software.

I've looked at this page, but it does not help with understanding the difference.

https://dreamsimteam.blogspot.ru/2017/11/simshaker-for-aviators-vs-simshaker.html

Thanks for the help!

SimShaker for Aviators supporting DCS, FSX, P3D and XPlane is free in case you own a JetSeat. If you like to use it with a bass shaker then you need to buy a Licence for Andre's SoundModule.

SimShaker Wings is Andre's project covering other simulations and is payware...

Thanks for the reply. I am using SimShaker for Aviators and it works with my soundcard to my buttkickers without the Pay on Module. Is this not by design?

To unlock the full effect set you need to get a licence. There's a demo mode providing some preview effects...

I just released a new stable version:

Thanks for the update. With regards to the preview effects, is there a link to show which effects are demoed? Sorry for the confusion, just would like to know what I'm missing.

I agree with Miller. Im really confused on what extra features and content the Sound Module unlocks? Is it possible for you to provide a feature set of what is gained by purchasing it and adding it into the setup with SimShaker Aviators?

So let me make sure I am following properly...I am going to order a JetSeat SE from Andre for use in DCS only via USB. The seat is all I will need to order? Then I just download the freeware SimShaker for Aviators, and I have the best available software for USB integrated JetSeat for use with DCS?

Anyone know if it's normal not to feel any rumble on jetseat when firing guns on spitfire (using simshaker aviator)?

Sorry for the late reply. I'm extremely busy with other stuff...

Last time I flew the spitfire the guns worked. Do you use unlimited ammo? If so, the effect will *not* work since the number of bullets will never change...

BTW: Happy new year!
