[Official] SimShaker for Aviators

Hi guys,

Got myself a Next Level Racing HF8 and was told to use SimShaker followed SimHangers video to get it going - and as soon as I boot into the A10Cii in DCS I get the attached error.

Any advice would be awesome!

Hmmm... it's hard to say. HF8 is mostly out of my scope at the moment.
If you close SimShaker for Aviators windows, does it keep rumbling?

It stops, that’s the only way to get it stopped

Maybe SSA doesn't stop some effect on time. If you go to the View->Effects Monitor, can you see any of the effects active at that time?

No effect is seen in Effects Monitor when I quit, but the seat still vibrates until SSA is closed.

It happened to me a few times (the seat rumbling until i close SSA) but i can´t recall last time it happened, so for now is not an issue for me.

If for some reason it starts again i will let you know.

I see, thank you. I'm afraid I can't help you more at the moment with this issue.
In SimShaker for Aviators [officially] supported Forcefeel seat, which is HF8 predecessor, but not HF8 itself. I'm sorry.

Hello ! That's a known issu with HF8 and SSA. Better to deactivate failure effects.

The folder should be \Saved Games\DCS

DCS.openbeta is back from the days where we had openbeta and release versions, both coliving at the same time, but since a few patches ago, it was reunified.

I still run mine from the original .openbeta folder, and everything works fine. I am completely up to date.

Sembra che ci sia un conflitto tra gli script NLR e SSA.

Se hai deciso di usare SimShaker per Aviators con DCS e di non usare NLR HFS, puoi risolvere questo conflitto modificando leggermente lo script Export.lua nella sottocartella C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\DCS\Scripts *.

NLR HFS inserisce la sua riga in questo file per attivare lo script:

Se si commenta questa riga aggiungendo -- davanti come di seguito:

il conflitto verrà risolto senza  l'eliminazione di NLR HFS.

Consiglio di modificare gli script lua con l'app Notepad++ poiché il Blocco note di Windows potrebbe danneggiare la struttura dei file.

Se non ti piace modificare gli script, puoi semplicemente sostituire il file con quello che trovi allegato.

Happy new year to everyone.

My Jetpad stopped working recently and I am trying to diagnose the issue.

The power adaptor is working but the green light on the Gametrix control unit no longer comes on when I switch it to the On position.

Kindly assist in giving a clue on what could have gone bad.
