I'm aware that this one has already been skinned, but a friend requested that I had a go at this one for him, so here we are. This one features the brush painted invasion stripes, carefully washed away around the code letters and serial, as they were in July 1944.

If you can find me the references, I will be happy to skin it! I know Clostermann did have a MkIX withouth invasion stripes, but I believe it was a different aircraft. I believe the aircraft that I skinned replaced it, in fact. I have a profile below which I could work from, but I always like to work from photographs if possible to make my work as accurate as possible...
