Let me leave some samples:

I cant find videos of the correct in-game HUD versions for other aircraft sadly. Either they are fake or different versions of the same aircraft, there is several versions of the su25 and viggen for example, with modern and very old versions.

 

No offence but, those videos are very low resolution and/ or suffer from pretty bad video compression.

Here is what I imagine most (of the more modern ones atleast) HUDs would look like with a higher resolution camera, which is quite close to what my mod looks like I think. Mine is a bit exaggerated if anything. Also DCS limits what I can do to the HUDs, based on how they are made.

I noticed the A-10 HUD isn't washed out when it hit the horizon. The current DCS HUD, for the A-10C, is unreadable above the horizon, for me, most of the time, during day flights.

 

Definitely going to try this mod.

I use a mod that turns the HUD from green to black.

 

Together with the orange version, i can quickly flick a switch and have the best of both worlds.

 

TBH, i think I should have a black/green combo instead of a black/orange combo as the green is very good even at night, but oh well.

I went for videos since they capture the "feel" of it more than a stable high res perfect image that you can stare at.

Are you sure that it's the mod that does it? Can't find anything that would cause that in the files that I've edited.

As I do not own the MiG it's hard for me to find the cause of the problem as I can't see what it looks like ingame. Untill one of you post screenshots in here.

 

One thing you could try is removing aircraft one by one from the mod folder and see if anything changes in game.

Not sure what the problem might be, as all of the things in the texture are still there, just changed slightly.

 

If you find anything, please tell me so that I can fix it. :thumbup:

I found one thing, but I doubt it fixed your problem, but it's in the new version for you to try.

Also can someone confirm that the M2000 CCIP line is fixed? Thanks.

On the MiG-15 stopped working at all! On Mig-21, the fixed grid is too dim and the brightness is not regulated.

Very good works! But you still need to correlate!

Сan you, in Su-27, is it possible to increase the number of courses. And make the rest of the grid?

The MiG-15 has been changed back to the way it was before. Sorry don't know what is causing the problem with the target indicatior.

The MiG-21 has gotten it's grid a bit brighter.

 

Sadly all FC3 aircraft are all hardcoded into the game, so that they can't be changed.

Looks like the CCIP line is still unchanged. Guess I have to keep looking.
