cichlidfan Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 (edited) I dont run any script in Target, all I need it for is disable the LED orchestra. If the problem doesn't occur in the script editor, you could try creating a script that does nothing but turn the LEDs off. Then exit Target and the LEDs will stay off. Until you reboot, of course. int main() { if(Init(&EventHandle)) return 1; //declare event handler - return on error ActKey(PULSE+KEYON+LED(&Throttle, LED_INTENSITY, 0)); ActKey(PULSE+KEYON+LED(&LMFD, LED_INTENSITY, 0)); ActKey(PULSE+KEYON+LED(&RMFD, LED_INTENSITY, 0)); } int EventHandle(int type, alias o, int x) { DefaultMapping(&o,x); } Or put a towel over your throttle. :D Edited April 8, 2017 by cichlidfan ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! BitMaster Posted April 15, 2017 Author Posted April 15, 2017 as of now, I personally do not recommend updating if you run Logitech, SRS, Thrustmaster, DTS-Asus Sound...and for sure other apps as well. This basically breaks it for most DCS users. BuzzU Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 I had to go look to see if Creator had installed yet. Yup! It did it this morning and I didn't even know it. I just ran DCS and everything seems to work as before. Trackir and Warthog controller are fine. If it wasn't for this thread I never would have known it was installed. Buzz

This basically breaks it for most DCS users. Luckily, only one of my machines (my den general purpose box) has it, so far, and it hasn't caused any permanent harm. I actually found something that I think I like. The night mode screen color shift is very easy on the eyes and since it leaves the cursor a nice bright blue-white, it is actually easier to spot. BitMaster Posted April 16, 2017 Author Posted April 16, 2017 (edited) Next fix emerged: Logitech K520 will work with Volume control once you install the "newest" Audio driver from Realtek ( have I mentioned I dislike their products yet ?? ). It didn't, but did this morning. I was so mad last night I deleted DCS and went and played IL2 BOS. I'll have to install DCS again and see how it's running now. I just can't put up with pauses and stutters. Every other sim I have whether it's a race sim or flight sim runs smooth. Why does DCS have such a stutter problem? I see a lot of complaints, so it's not just me. I'll try everything you recommend after I get DCS going again. Buzz
