Spt
Please make a little effort to revert this display, there were several update on all branches (stable beta and alpha) and same bug on all versions, this is very diificult to make a good navigation without this information. So go on ED and Belsimtek for this little thing for a little time ;) ( I know you are very busy with other modules and maps ) Thanks in advance ++ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
MikeMikeJuliet
Yes please! This has been a PITA for a while now. Not really a problem during navigation (distance shows on the HUD), but when in combat and I need to call B/E info, I can't read the distance from the HUD if I'm on certain weapon modes... Buckeye
Good luck getting a response on this, let alone an actual fix. ED has let this one drag on for an eternity. pauldy
There was a difference between the HUD and the HSI distance readout back then iirc.. a difference of 1 nautical mile between the counters... prolly before patch 1.5... fuzzy memory [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Buckeye
HSI distance !!!! There was a difference between the HUD and the HSI distance readout back then iirc.. a difference of 1 nautical mile between the counters... prolly before patch 1.5... fuzzy memory Fuzzy bc it's been so long that it's worked properly I took a 2.5 year break from DCS, came back in late July, and it's been broken since then. I believe I was told back then that it had been missing for a while. QuiGon
This "bug" did really upset me a couple of days ago as I lost my HUD due to combat damage and had to find my way back to base in very bad visibility by using the HSI. Having no way of knowing the distance to base did really not help!! Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! riproren
Here's what I don't get. It seems whenever I go to an MP server there are more F15s than other planes. I'd think ED would show it a little bit more attention. riproren
It would seem the hard part is done. I enjoy flying it more than any other. Powerful, good radar, missles, etc. I'd pay $50 for a fully modeled F15 over a slow ass Hornet or Tomcat.
