imacken Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Not sure it's working for me. If I select MP disabled - and the settings file confirms that - I am seeing only 45fps and 90fps in DCS. Also, if I change the postion of the indicators to say, 0.4 both horiz and vert, on screen it is OK, but the change is not reflected in the settings file. Could there be another settings file now? Also, what on earth does that Dynamic Resolution Status Indicator actually do? I see what it says in the settings file, but I still have no idea! imacken Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Looking further, the settings must go somewhere else rather than our usual file. Also, for me, the SteamVR setting overrides anything set for WMR. For example, no matter what I set in WMR settings, with SteamVR set to enabled, MP is always enabled. imacken Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Nope, it's not working. The 'normal' settings file was recreated on installing the update. The MP setting is correct at disabled, but MP doesn't disable when running DCS. SteamVR setting takes prioirty over it. Also, as I said above, changing the position of the status panels within the settings works OK in that it changes position on screen, but the change is not reflected in our normal settings file which has remained unchanged since the install version at 8.39am this morning. The settings must be going somewhere else, as when I restart SteamVR, the status panels are in the revised position OK, but still MP is behaving as SteamVR setting and not WMR. Not sure that makes sense to me. Windows 7/10 64bit, Intel i7-4770K 3.9GHZ, 32 GB Ram, Gforce GTX 1080Ti, 11GB GDDR5 Valve Index. Force IPD 63 (for the F-16)
