Hi!

 

I'm looking for printable charts of all airports in DCS including the tower and ILS frequencies. Couldn't find a complete list...

I'm pretty sure all the ATC frequencies are AM only.

 

They're the frequencies listed in the airport information windows — in fact, all of it is just gathered so you don't have to fiddle with the map. It's the same as the ILS frequencies, many of which will not even be active at any given point (some of which will never be active due to how the ILS logic works).

I know where the frequencies came from, but why did you name two of them "VHF FM" and "HF FM" when they're not FM frequencies? They're AM frequencies. You can't use the R-828 (FM only) radio set to talk to the ATC over any of the "VHF FM" frequencies. You need an AM set. Same goes for the HF frequencies which were introduced with the MiG-15bis. You can talk to ATC over those frequencies using the RSI-6 radio which is AM only.

Just noticed that Abu Dhabi International airport isn't on the PG file here. (not that I can see anyway!)

Any chance of an update?

Btw, I have updated the Persian Gulf lists to be up-to-date with the current state of the map, including such nonsensical and broken stuff as the Bandar Abbas ILS and Liwa RSBN beacon.

 

The updated files sit in the exact same location, so anyone with an older version could/should just (re)visit the same link.

Been using Tippis' very useful charts for a while now, but felt they were a little hard to read in VR (and 4K). So, I modified them by making a lot of the important text boxes bold. I think the readbility is improved, especially in VR.

Give them a go and see what you think. Attached is in OvGME format. Just remove the ones you don't have the maps for if necessary.
