TorwaK Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Hi folks, long time I've dreamed about to make a website and introduce Lock-On in Turkey than get people who's interest with it. Now the dream is real and its rising. English side is going to build for our foreigner buddys soon. Turkish or whatever just all welcome. :drink: www.lockontr.com 2 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Intel Core i7-6700K, @5GHz | Asus Maximus Hero VIII | 2 x eVGA GTX 970 SLI | Kingston Predator 16GB DDR4-3000Mhz | 2 x Samsung 850 PRO 240GB RAID-0 | AOC G2460PG G-SYNC LCD | OCULUS RIFT CV1 VR | THRUSTMASTER HOTAS WARTHOG | CH PRO PEDALS

Shotsx74 Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Well even though I can't read it, you guys did a kick ass job on it, gj!
7rooper Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Great iniciative. I'm trying to do the same here in colombia but's it's been difficult and without any success so far. People hardly like computer games and those who do, prefer to play soccer or RPG titles. Here's a huge preference for the consoles and you're never gonna get a simulation experience on a console. My rig specs: Intel Core i7 4770 @3.4Ghz // Corsair 16GB DDR3 // MoBo Asus Z87K // HDD 1TB 7200RPM // eVGA Nvidia GTX 760GT 2GB DDR5 // LG 3D 47" 1920x1080 // Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS // Saitek Combat Pro Pedals // Thrustmaster MFD Cougar pack // PS3 Eye + FTNOIR

Aeroscout Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Nice site. I cant read it either, so i'd also like to know about the Flanker collision. DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices

192nd_Erdem Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 We almost got one of those Ka-52's but heck, Italians won the contract. If we had bought those Ka's, Black Shark would be full of Turkish players :)

rogue_blade Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 is it just me or is ur resolution stretched horizontally [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Kuky Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 he might be using a widescreen monitor with standard 4:3 ratio in lockon PC specs: Windows 11 Home | Asus TUF Gaming B850-Plus WiFi | AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D + LC 360 AIO | MSI RTX 5090 LC 360 AIO | 55" Samsung Odyssey Gen 2 | 64GB PC5-48000 DDR5 | 1TB M2 SSD for OS | 2TB M2 SSD for DCS | NZXT C1000 Gold ATX 3.1 1000W | TM Cougar Throttle, Floor Mounted MongoosT-50 Grip on TM Cougar board, MFG Crosswind, Track IR
linux34 Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 19" Widescreen Yes. Vievsonic 19" 1440 x 900 :) I can see longer.. :) [sIGPIC]http://www.trarmy.com/lockon/Bilder/taflinux.jpg[/sIGPIC]
192nd_Erdem Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 You have to play around with FOV values to get a better view. If you're ok with stretched views, that's another problem though . . . You may want to check this thread to do some corrections; http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=13573
Pilotasso Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 Yes. Vievsonic 19" 1440 x 900 :) I can see longer.. :) Actualy you get less screen area than standard 19" monitors. If I ever be forced to go WS Ill have to up a notch on screen size too. I might get on 22" wide more down the road, right now my budget is already commited to take a mighty blow with a new PC. .
TorwaK Posted April 18, 2007 Author Posted April 18, 2007 Its about aspect ratio. I've 22" LCD so I set my screen 16:10 in config.cfg file. However even I set my ratio 16:10, my screen didn't look well so I decided to listen Nate Dogg's suggestion which is under below :smartass: It solved my problem. http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=13573 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Intel Core i7-6700K, @5GHz | Asus Maximus Hero VIII | 2 x eVGA GTX 970 SLI | Kingston Predator 16GB DDR4-3000Mhz | 2 x Samsung 850 PRO 240GB RAID-0 | AOC G2460PG G-SYNC LCD | OCULUS RIFT CV1 VR | THRUSTMASTER HOTAS WARTHOG | CH PRO PEDALS
