To be fair to everyone, I have to stick to the very rules I made myself:

 

"6- Each player can sign up himself only. Example: Alpenwolf - Ka-50."

 

ECV56-Baco signed up before you could sign up yourself, right after POPA gave up his Huey. Some time after that you signed up.
