dovla Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 I have tried: - reinstalling NS module - renaming DCS saved game folder - running DCS repair The NS windows acts like a camera, and you have to "look around" with track IR to locate the device, this makes it completely unusable. Am a bit mad cause of it Lex did you have any luck solving this ?

dovla Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 (edited) looks like update issue I have reverted back by running D:\DCS World\bin>DCS_updater.exe update 2.5.4.25729 D:\DCS World\bin> and now 2D overlay is working fine as expected (see screnshot) looking at update change log I do not see anything related to NS430 but obviously it was affected across all aircrafts. Possibly related to some VR fixes... (after updating to the latest openbeta, the issue is back) Edited January 19, 2019 by dovla updated to latest openbeta

The 3D GPS in cockpit for the L-39C is working but you have to disable gun sight first.

wernst Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 That's normal operation ;) I know it's normal. My reply was meant for dutch60 who is missing the 3D GPS in the L-39 cockpit. The NS430 panel bug only effects the 2D overlay version for all modules. The Mi-8 and L-39C have the 3D GPS on start. But the L-39C must have the gun sight disabled.
