Airhunter
Hotfix in progress. So annyoing. Sorry everyone. :( No worries, mishaps and bugs are to be expected in such a wide audience. The product is still almot perfect as it is on day one. I would assume after a couple weeks of updates all the major bugs will be resolved. Oldfox
When cycling all kneeboard pages (well that’s a lot...) by the left instead of going 1...2.... it’s not crashing on my side. At least that’s a simple workaround to get to the trap analysis :)

Oldfox
Strange we don't even have same crash behavior then. I think that going left I don't even have the crash on any page and can loop back to first. If I go right I got the instant crash on third one. Shimmergloom667
I've read a few reports of guys who rebound the ] key to something entirely different than flipping kneeboard pages who got crashes, so I really don't know what it is exactly. I'm confident it will get fixed soon enough, though. i7 - 9700K | 32 GB DDR4 3200 | RTX 2080 | VKB Gunfighter Mk II /w MCG Pro | Virpil T-50CM2 Throttle | TrackIR 5 | VKB Mk. gyrovague
We do have a potential fix uploaded to ED, but they are resolving some other issue on their end and latest info we have it seems they won't issue a hotfix patch until next week some time unfortunately. If they do issue a hotfix sooner, it should contain our fixes too. In the meantime, to just avoid the crash at least, you can either delete the file named 3.lua in Mods/aircraft/F14/Cockpit/KNEEBOARD/pages directory, or edit that file and comment out (by prepending with double-dash, i.e. --) the line starting with TDS_Str.controllers (should be line 52, two lines before the end of the file). ____________ Heatblur Simulations [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

GrizzlyBear83
It crashes when you go to the kneeboard the press ] (by default) 2 times? Yep, although maybe I need to be quicker on the key presses? I'll try that, but I get a black screen and run time error so fast the crash might be quicker than me.
Sn8ke_iis
I was getting this same crash 100% of the time. I couldn't see the trap card on my first traps. C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\F14\Cockpit\KNEEBOARD\pages\3.lua I added -- before every line of code in the file per the developer. I then added a modder's checklist into this path I created. C:\Users\*your user name here*\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\F-14B You have to create the "F-14B" folder. You may also have to create the kneeboard folder if you have not added any kneeboards before. The nomenclature conventions for the files are a little tricky. Works now :pilotfly: (the 3rd page will be transparent)
discwalker
A zero bytes long C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\F14\Cockpit\KNEEBOARD\pages\3.lua is enough and IC compatible GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD
