Anyone you want, but with some work in Mission Editor.

Create a zone on a static unit or building, or a moving zone tied to a moving unit, and trigger an explosion on it when damaged, or destroyed, with the blast radius you want, even trigger secondary explosion, and/or fire/smoke after that, and eventually wreckege zone surrounding the blast.

It's true, but the explosion is invisible and will not add any new effects than destroying the standard truck explosion.

Briefly the explosion are invisible. They just add damage to the units in the area. If the units are damaged enough, they will trigger the explosion effect.

Here 2 picture of a M.E. triggered explosion (1500 blast radius) on nothing (no unit blowing, just desert) :

I overwhelmed it a bit … I can't tie an explosion to a moving zone, only static …

I thought I could employ it on a moving vehicle, with some funny message like "I told you they were not carrying patatoes …"
