Constant crashing

I have big faith in 2.5.5 to resolve all the crashing.

 

I experienced it only on Persian Gulf so far with any Module (KA-50, Hornet, Tomcat...) but only because I haven't tested the other maps yet. I also flew on Caucasus once but I don't remember anymore if it crashed.

 

Also, it happens mostly within the first 30 mins, and sometimes it doesn't crash at all. But my DCS quits mostly because of a crash instead of exiting DCS.

 

My Rig is more than sufficent (with 32Gb of RAM instead of the labeled 16Gb) and I play on medium settings. The Missions vary from small to big ones on multiplayer servers.

 

But the funniest thing is that DCS never generated any logs with any of the crashes, which by the way were really a lot.

 

So, if you want to know what happens would be to go only the servers I usually am, or fix the log creator. But of course, if you need any more data, I am willing to provide them, as long as they exist...

27 mins after the first crash, I had the second one. And DCS "only" used 12 gigs of RAM.

 

Also, I have a really fresh install, no mods.

It's slowly eating up my patience and some help from ED's side would be really appreciated. I mean, it can't be possible that my DCS is constantly crashing, while other ones is "stable".

have you posted your dcs.log anywhere?

 

Might see something in them.

 

Also I trust you have removed all unofficial mods and done a clean up and repair?

I'll post the log as soon as I get another crash. Shouldn't take too long...

 

And yes, no mods present, repair done a few times in the past.

I don't see anything obvious, just seems to stop, try Mustangs fix with the pagefile it may help.

 

What antivirus are you using?

 

Make sure your NVIDIA driver is up to date also.

 

If nothing else helps and if it was me I would wipe clean and start again with a new DCS build and saved games folder.

If it's crashing guys, it should be generating crash files, please include them here, me too posts don't help here.
