Fri13 Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 I read just the update post, but couldn't find is the VR improvement in it now or not. Elsewhere there was said that the developer team was required to work over night to fix problems the 2.5.5 new branch brought. And then on one earlier post in HP Reverb mention from Wags said that 2.5.5 broke the VR improvement. So I am confused that does this new update have VR improvement or not. i7-8700k, 32GB 2666Mhz DDR4, 2x 2080S SLI 8GB, Oculus Rift S. i7-8700k, 16GB 2666Mhz DDR4, 1080Ti 11GB, 27" 4K, 65" HDR 4K.

Tippis Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 There is a new update, and it's already available, but there are tons of reports of the updater not picking it up, so you probably have to force it from the command line (or using the updater GUI utility) to have it actually be applied. In the latter case, not that the updater GUI might also not pick up that a new build is available and will show your current version as the later, but clicking the Update button will still tell the updater.exe to make a proper check, and that will work to get the whole thing going. ❧ ❧ Inside you are two wolves. Switching branches is something else, I'm not in such a hurry so I don't bother with OB, so I'm not sure what is the way.
