Yes it's a serious question. We are plan to review our work and update today or next Monday in our webstie about the supply quantity.

 

By our plan, the pre-order is not a huge quantity, but could be add or reduce.

After Pre-order, we will do a long time forecast on the sale data, to make sure always in stock and could be deliver next day.

 

No hunger sale here!!!

 

We are big factory with simulator produce, even the forecast is wrong ,we can change very soon.

The extensions and z axis kit will in stock soon ,must before your HOTAS deliver, so you can get them on the same time.

The reason we not put it on is we release everything very carefully!

Can we have some more info (a video would be awesome) on how all the controls/buttons are seen by DCS? Are they all defined as HID buttons, so that we can just directly map them in DCS, or do we need extra software to do the mapping?

800 usd seems an ok price but…. Then you add shipping (130-200$) and taxes about 250$, the total price is waaaaay over 1000$. So, unless there is a better price for shipping or if I could have it sent to my hotel in Shanghai when I'm on a work trip, I'll have to pass this one. On top of that, I really don't need yet another joystick as I'm really happy with the ones I have. VKB, VPC. Just the throttle is what I'm looking for.

If you are passing Shanghai, Hong Kong for somewhere like that then it makes sense to try to snag one of these sets on that trip as you could end up paying closer to $800.

 

Everyone's perception of "value" differs, but what is less subjective and more objective is the extent to which the performance of the Wingwing kit differs from those other products. There looks to be a significantly different design, so I expect many people will be leaving it to the testers and early adopters for information describing the performance difference. (Myself, I am an early adopter).

 

But undoubtedly this combo ends up in a higher price category than those other products after delivery and taxes.

I have pre ordered, I have a question about the extension: will we be able to rotate the stick to the left for center stick applications (the real stick is rotated about ~15° to the left)? Also how long will the extensions be?

It's 2 different question from you.

1. About the 15 degree rotatable , between Grip and Base/extension/z kit, let's leave some original material to Jabbers and other reviewers :)

2.About the length of extensions is a big question for us , and the reason why not in stock. We still self-criticism about it.

The reason why we release introduce of Super Libra is because so many pilot only want the Throttle system.

 

And to provide our quality. Don't worry there will be 1/2/3/4...version :) , We never sell something not finish test and make customer to be the "lab mouse".

We used to think about more cheaper one, but must loss lot of performance and function.... Hard to decide.

Yep, if you want quality you gotta pay. When something is cheaper you end up with (as an example) the gimball of a warthog joystick... or failed wires of X-55/X-56, etc.
