Start on runway

Go flaps down...throttle up 100%....head down runway. it seems slow...my wing man now has passed me and is all ready up! Nose up 10 Degrees... finally I lift off runway...up gear...flaps up. Now it seems to never go over 140 Mph now I am fighting it, and now I am falling. On my way to crashing. What am I missing?? Please advise.

We need more info. Do you have a mission file or track we could look at? Based on your description it sounds like you're stalling, are you taking off with full afterburner? Are flaps set to HALF, or FULL? (should be HALF for a field takeoff).

Also just as a side note, the airspeed indicator in the HUD is in knots, not miles per hour.

I know it wouldn't affect you in the air, although might if you are already stalling on take off, but you don't have the parking brake set, or have toe brakes set at all?

Just a thought as it could explain you being slow on take off roll?

Make sure that your toe brakes have the correct setting in the axis invert checkboxes and that they have been properly calibrated.

It might also be worth checking that you are getting the full range on your throttle levers.

Afterburner detent switch activated or not?

Throttle axis tuned incorrect?

One of your controller axis unintendedly set to wheel brakes?
