marcos Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 We were stupid for not having fighters and defences on the island already. That mistake won't be made again.

joey45 Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Fantastic photos Jona. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Fox One Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Rudy Frasca's recently restored FW-190 Butcher Bird takes a formation flight. That's not a Fw 190. It's just a plane deliberately built to look like one (well almost...) and with a different engine. The last real Fw 190 with a radial engine was built in 1945. My DCS videos
Boulund Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 That's not a Fw 190. It's just a plane deliberately built to look like one (well almost...) and with a different engine. The last real Fw 190 with a radial engine was built in 1945. Not to be that guy (I really don't know anything about this), but a Google search turned up this photo of the "Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp radial engine in Rudy Frasca's new-build Focke-Wulf FW 190A-9, Werk nummer 980574, N190RF": Core i5-760 @ 3.6Ghz, 4GB DDR3, Geforce GTX470, Samsung SATA HDD, Dell UH2311H 1920x1080, Saitek X52 Pro., FreeTrack homemade cap w/ LifeCam VX-1000, Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1.
