Yes, early Flankers had this option. Today Sorbtisya is mounted on wingtips for practical reasons so stations 3 and 8 could rather carry SARH missiles!

Nice photo Ross, I just don`t know why do I have the feeling looking at the Augusta that it`s kind of fragile. I mean put it next to an apache or Mi-28, these two look much more solid.

Agusta replaced all that armour that those have with lightweight hope of not getting hit :)
