Didn't check in S&A yet (Phantom eats up my phree time 😉 ), but interactive checklists work vey well in "Zone 5". 👍

Quite funny, actually, as with this new procedure the checklist items are rattled off much faster while taxiing, which leads to a very long awkward silent pause after Jester calls "Wings". 😂

(until I'm holding short on 03R and extend the wings)

I'm just trying to do mission 01 until I get an acceptable grade 🙂

But it still has me hit Spacebar after the checklist items.

I kept over-stressing the airframe in my earlier attempts so I need to be more cognizant of staying below 6.5 Gs it seems

Only the recurring checklists are interactive that way, but you may still need to press spacebar when you need to confirm stuff to Paco. Which are not checklists.

I just checked, the circuit breaker response comes automatically. So

1) please run a slow repair and try again

2) if you still see a spacebar requirement (without a message saying you need to press spacebar), please take a screenshot so we know exactly which one it is, and open a thread in the SnA section.

Because right now we're hijacking the 'campaign updates' thread with guesswork 🙂

This is the intro video of Mission 1 of the MIG Killers DCS F-4 Campaign. 

In 1969 the first Topgun course began with a fam flight, where the instructor sat in the front with the student in the back. He demonstrated some confidence builder maneuvers, they landed, switched seats and then the student performed them. It's interesting to note that during the regular training course Naval aviators hadn't really been allowed to push their F-4s to the edge of the envelope, so some were taken by surprise when the instructors zoomed up until the jet ran out of airspeed and slid back tail first. 

Due to DCS limitations the players can go through the first part of the fam flight in the form of this video. The actual mission will start after the instructor and the student swapped seats, and the jet has been refueled. Enjoy!

Thanks a lot for taking the time to do this, I have done the same to some of my own missions and so I understand just how much time this little "detail" can take 🙂   

As far as I know, you are the only Campaign designer taking advantage of the M92 assets 👍

- Why MIG Killers wasn't released with this patch? - I don't know

- When is it coming? - I don't know

- What about updates to the other campaigns? - I don't know. I submitted several changes, but they published last month's changelog, so I have no idea whether they made it to the update. In case they did, it's the following (EDIT: looks like these changes made it, they're in)

Debden Eagles
- M3 safeguard implemented because some people get a scripting error

Zone 5
- Complete revamp of Nellis based on satellite photos and original documents
- Updated scenery with Massun's asset pack
- Added custom g breathe effect
- Added period correct F-4, KC-135 and E-3 skins

Speed & Angels
- Complete revamp of Nellis based on satellite photos and original documents

I've just flown one mission in Zone 5 and can confirm that the updated scenery with Massun's asset pack and also the custom g breathe effect have been added (I haven't checked for the other updates)! (cool stuff, btw)

Real shame though that MiG Killers wasn't released. 😒

If you haven't already, go subscribe to Carbon's channel, and join him in beta testing my Arctic Thunder F-16 Viper campaign. He's a real life Viper crew chief, and his immense knowledge about the F-16 helped me a lot in getting all the little details right in the missions. Here's a playthrough of mission 2, it should give you an idea how much effort went into this project. My aim is to make it the most realistic USAF experience that you can get in a single player environment.

F-14 Tomcat owners are getting a new free mission based on the Speed & Angels Campaign. My campaigns are also getting an updated carrier skin, and Zone 5 gets a more period correct Nellis AFB. I also want to show you how you can make your single player experience even more immersive.
