Isegrim Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I am up to build a new mission and i noticed no matter what i do all Helicopters on any type of FARPs will always spawn with Heading 0 even when i turn the FARP to another initial Heading or set a Waypoint to 180 (behind) the Helicopter. Happens to AI and Client/Player. FARP Offset (Whatever this is for) does not change this as well. I do not know is this is a new one or not but it has definitely not been like that in the past. Renko Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 This is still a bug. Almost a year after and not even noticed by ED... Can you please ED take care of it?
Flappie Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 Just in case you don't know, there's a workaround to define helicopters orientation: spawn them as "Takeoff from ground " instead of "Takeoff from ramp". ---

Yeah thanks Flappie, i know. But i was trying to set up a helo base while i encounter this bug. And saw thats it isnt even marked as REPORTED... It would help me to edit them as ramp, instead of ground

Mav87th Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 @BIGNEWY Same issue is valid for the V1 rocket ramps. Always facing North no matter what you do.
