[NOTE] After 1st OB update for JF-17 12/18/2019

Hi,

 

1. Since cockpit switch/buttons have animations now, the button/switch definitions may have been changed. Please delete your previous bindings under saved game/dcs.openbeta/config/input/, and then re-do it.

 

2. If you still have any CTD, please first try to repair your dcs/reinstall jf-17 and see whether those issue can be resolved. Many already got problem resolved after repair/reinstall.

 

3. For F10 mark issue in MP, internally fixed

 

4. RWR in MP should be fixed internally, bug found (need more test internally after work).

 

5. CMS issue fixed

 

During past week, CTD was our top priority to fix. From today, our main focus will be MP issue.

We will try our best to fix them asap.

Just a side note regarding #1. This also means that your default mappings stopped working. I had to reassign all buttons for Thrustmaster MFD's manually.

The bad part is I doubt we will get an update last week and we have to deal with the IFF and RWR issues in MP for two weeks

Reading all the bug reports i was about to write something about the input issues when new keybinds are made. After the patch i was having problems with WMD7 and came to the forum to check it. But then i remember about the inputs and made a cleanup and the problem was gone. This really might help to solve some of problems people are indicating.

 

 

 

Despite the minor problems, the JF-17 is awesome, Congrats on the good job you did and are doing right now fixing it.

I've just noticed that bindings for center mfd U4 and U5 are switched (hotkey/hotas button bound to U4 will trigger U5 and vice versa).
