Restrict afterburner operation is very limited

I tested and found imperfect.

If I trigger the restriction only take effect after when AI willfully turn off afterburner, not instantly

as expected, and not all the cases effective.

Takeoff and climb to hold position is exception from restrict afterburner.

I think this is as intended. Restrict afterburner will stop aircraft from constantly flying in burner (like your wingman to rejoin), but the missile/threat defense logic overrules it. If you want to not have a plane evade change the "Reaction to threat" parameter.
