x52 standard, 2 years with one problem. Rotary 2 warn out - no center in the middle of axis :(.

Poko, take the rotary apart, find the pot (should be real easy) And spray WD40 into it! That should fix the rotary probs!

I use CH FighterStick + CH ProThrottle + CH ProPedals(all USB) (along with Tir4 and a touchscreen with touchbuddy). CH products work fine, are very easy to program and versatile.

One little problem : after many years of use, one button on my stick is not working properly any more (actually one side of a hat switch)... But besides this it works great for many years.

In DCS I fly jets with thousands of pounds of thrust...

In real life I fly a humble Cessna Hawx XP II with 210 HP :D

I have a Thrustmaster F-16 FLCS and TQS that I'm now trying to get to be fully functional in XP.

Has anyone used this setup in XP?

I have a question about it. Thanks

You would need the stickworks digital chips to get compatibility under XP for this HOTAS I beleive. AFAIK unfortunaltely they are no longer sold. You may be able to find some on ebay or something. These chips extended the life of my FLCS/TQS combo for some years before I switched over to the Cougar.

Yes, I know about the stickworks chips. They make it easier obviously.

But, it can be done without the chips in XP. You just have to download the profile to the stick in DOS with a DOS bootup disk.

I just wanted to know if it's really necessary to connect a mouse to the TQS. I think I don't need to.

So, I'm going to get an adapter for the keyboard to FLCS connection and then I'll know if it works. :)

Very happy with X 52.:megalol:

Another week till this closes and the X-52 is doubling any other stick. The two Couger choices together are an equal to the X-52 but if you added the Pro to them, the result would stay on the same pace. I think Konkussion's prediction to the poll will probably hold true.

I do wish that I had seen the need to add an OTHER choice. When it finishes I will make an effort to comb the responces and find the total numbers of sticks used and what types they all were.
