I've just tried downloading the USS America LHA from the main website and I'm getting refusals due to a virus being detected. I've noticed on the front page of this forum that the asset is in for repairs. Is this something that others have found when trying to download this asset? If so, potentially flagging for Admiral's attention that perhaps something naughty has made its way into your files. Enjoy the rest of the festive period and good health into 2024.

The only one that was giving my computer the Heebie Geebies was the USS America... how very strange... A little perturbing as I enjoy creating flotillas based on realistic craft compositions for M.E and whilst the Tawara LHA is in game already, I wanted the USS America to add to the list and throw some variety in there. I'll see how the thread develops (and if Admiral himself has any thoughts) and try again in the future.

I am having this issue as well. Except for me it's every ship I try to download. I know how to get around my anti-virus, but I would like to know if it's safe and tested first.

I'm still getting the same issues, on each ship on the main website (even ones I've successfully downloaded previously such as the Type 23). Ships from the first page of this forum I can access fine from dropbox etc, but my anti-virus isn't happy at all with anything from the main website (perhaps an issue with the hosting source rather than the assets themselves?). Either way, any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks

Xeno426 Posted January 15, 2024 Posted January 15, 2024 (edited) USS Oak Hill (LSD-51) v1.0.3 is missing the following textures: lcs_wep black_chimney_t deck_t hull_gray2 lcc_struc hull_stacks windows lcc_cws weld deck It's also missing some connectors that the older version had. Notably, CENTER_TOWER_01, CENTER_TOWER_02, then CENTER_TOWER_05 through 12. Also, CENTER_TOWER_03 and 04 were changed from being attached to the 25mm autocannons on the side, to being attached to the RIM launchers (which did not have any such center connector in the older version).
