Didn't change anything, but suddenly, somehow, boom! AA stopped to work in Lock On. It works fine in any other game I've tried, just not in Lock on. It's good for the FPS, but it looks horrible. And I'd like to at least think that I'm in control over my PC.. :D

Has anyone else had this problem?

But ATI Tray Tools may conflict other games such as Crysis or Call of Juarez !!

very serious...

I got that problem with those games on my X1650XT so i don't like ATT

What do you mean by "it spans better"?

A Helluva lot better........after uninstalling the C.C.C. you will definitely hear your PC uttering a grateful moan to be unburdened by the absolute resource-hog that is the C.C.C.

Reinstalled Lock On, but the problem isn't solved, so it looks like I'll be reinstalling/updating my graphics drivers... :(

BTW, when I start up Lock On for the first time (after system boot) everything works fine and the game looks good, but as soon as I "alt-tab" out of the game, the graphics deteriorate, like all my CCC settings are on low. Restarting Lock On doesn't help either. :S

If you're going to alt-tab, run in windowed mode, NOT in 'full' mode. In fact, never run in full mode.

^^^^^^

GGT, although your advice sounds pretty understandable I must mention that I never had issues with LOFC1.12a when Alt-tabing.

Canopy glass on Su-25(T) might sometimes white out but that's about all issues I experienced! I sometimes find Alt-tab very helpful as it seems to free some RAM usage, especially if my flying takes more than an hour!

Yes, I agree; however, you should still run in windowed mode. Full mode is buggy.

So wait...you never run the sim fullscreen? Always window mode? If so, other than being "buggy" (not sure what you mean), what benefit is there? In every game I've ever played, windowed mode is indicated as not supported and sort of a "use at your own risk" type of thing. Most 3D games are more stable full screen.

If there's some sort of FPS gain here, please do tell. :)

Not sure if there is an FPS gain, but alt-tabbing out to change teamspeak settings etc.. will not kill your lomac in windowed mode like in Full.
