Updates for stable version

Hello,

 

I like to play the stable version of DCS and I would like to know how often does Eagle Dynamics bring the updates from the Open Beta into the stable version of DCS? Is it based on a regular basis, comes the update of the stable version always i.e. four weeks after the update of the Open Beta or what ist the update time period for the stable version?

Whenever they think Open Beta is good enough. There's no set schedule.

During this time, Open Beta has 8 updates from October 2020 until now. I think it's too long and the update is getting huge and the download is taking too long

Did you see how many bugs are corrected in each patch of OB? Stable shouldn't have all these bugs, that's what OB is for. When it's fixed, it's fixed.

It would be nice to see higher frequency to the stable version updates... But the cool kids will always argue

Thanks for the stable update! I for one like the recent frequency of updates. Very much appreciated, especially for the holidays. Since I finally got my DCS VR experience I'm almost about to worship you guys at ED and your partners for every single man hour you invest to make those dreams come true. You guys are awesome. ok, ok, OT but I'm totaly flashed by DCS World in VR and I can't hold back words...
