Payment method will likely be credit card. Please note the Russian version will have no English localization or documentation. When I buy the western version I wont need to have the russian version on my HD any longer. Don't worry, I don't think that the installation will be more complicated than accepting licence, and typing the path where the game will be install (like in most game install). This is not an official asnwer, as I don't have one at the moment, but I don't believe this is possible. The Russian and western releases are not just two versions of the same product.
