solved NS 430 gone entirely

Any and all reference to NS430 has disappeared entirely from my system. No sign in game at all.

going to make coffee and do a game "Repair" I will come back and tell you what happens.

NS430 ? like it never existed.

I didn't remove it. If no one else has had this happen I will forward a bug thing maybe. Or at least ask ED if they changed the rules.

That just happened to be where the mouse scroll stopped.
If I remember right it should be just under M and before P

although not to be found in the game itself, there are references to it in the root folder.

Thanks for that. However not showing at all let alone activated.
At this point in time I must admit to something rather drastic, I 'm in the process of an unin/reinstall of the entire game.
About 30mins to go. Very early morning here and not sure if I should mess with it at this hour.
I will post as soon as I have a result.

 

 

 

Ok, uninstall of game followed by reinstall has resulted with the return of NS 430 unit.
I really must hit the hammock, I'm done for the day. (yesterday)
Just had to tell of the result.
 

All fixed, back to how it should be.
Absolutely no idea how it disappeared, why it went??
But it went, and is now back.

I’ve had exactly the same problem, but a reinstall hasn’t solved it, I actually reinstalled windows so it has to be done anyway.

Hi all, seems this is happening to me now as well.

I have done a fresh install and just like the OP the NS 430 isn't in my folders or game list.
I've checked the module manager and the NS 430 isn't in there to toggle either but the Mi8 version of it is.

 

Any ideas or assistance on how to get this working again? I use it alot in my Mi24.

Hi, I have no date to share. Devs are still working actively on MT NS430 but it's not quite ready yet.

confirmed.. the NS430 pop up is back in MT (but annoyingly floating in front of my VR view).

only hope that the dev's can make the NS430 popup in a fixed position like the kneeboard...

What the OP described is happening to me.   I have the base NS430 and several 3D aircraft specific showing as owned and installed in the module manager as well as can be found in the mods/aircraft folder.  The NS430 is NOT showing up as an icon in the Options/Special area.   They were turned off in the Module Manager (deliberately a long time ago), but I just re-enabled & re-installed them.  Since re-enabling it, I've done a DCS cleanup & repair and have run in it both standard and MT versions with the same issue.

I'm not sure if something got "remarked out" possibly on the Saved Games side or other thoughts on resetting this?
