JamesChams Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 Same here .... Went to C:\Users\<your login name here>\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\Aircraft\MB-339PAN and moved the MB-339PAN folder to a backup location, like C:\Backup\MB-339PAN, and successfully restarted DCS OpenBeta. Thanks for the info. guys.

kevinpilot Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 I don't have any mod installed and can't open the sim. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing still doing the same.

rescator Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 I cannot start the game. The screen just goes blank. What can i do? if you were able to run the game before this problem, then... Rename "DCS" or "DCS.openbeta" folder to Temp in the user folder: C:\Users\User Name\Saved Games\.. and start the DCS game again Base board:Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 WiFi CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce Zotac GTX 1070 AMP (8 GB) System memory:Kingston HyperX KHX3200C16D4/8GX 4x8 GB DDR4-3000 TrackIR v5.
Esteban73 Posted March 19, 2022 Posted March 19, 2022 Same here. Removed the MB-339PAN mod and DCS started right up. Kind of irks me though that no advanced warning was given that the MB-339PAN mod was no longer allowed, nor any error message when DCS failed to start.... Frustrating. Forum to the rescue! Thanks.

DCS users should understand that unofficial Mods are THEIR responsibility, and that’s why it is recomended that user Mods be disabled prior to any DCs update. 1 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
