  1. Got mine end of last week; central coast, California.
  2. Order 12656 here, grabbed the module and a Black Shock Cone shirt. Can't wait to fly it. Been waiting for the Phantom for ages.
  3. I limited myself to 5 total out of the votable options. I went with the F-105, AMX, SF-260, F-102, and the C-27J. The F-105 for how iconic it is in the Vietnam War, as well as helping to flesh out that particular era in the game. The AMX looks like it would be a fun light ground attack plane, we could always use more and they can help make fun scenarios in which you don't use the highest tier planes. SF-260 as I've actually flown in one once(Air Combat USA) in a mock dogfight and it'd be a nice addition to the COIN plane roster. F-102, I've always had a fascination for American delta wings, the F-102 and F-106 respectively. It's be very cool to fly the Delta Dagger (or a Delta Dart for that matter) And finally the C-27J, really this comes down to a lack of sub-Hercules sized logistics aircraft currently in the game. (C-160 or C-123 as similar options).
  4. Can't wait, she's looking fantastic. Excellent work guys!
  5. Patch got delayed till tomorrow.
  6. I said "capability" not that they actually did.
  7. You're going to be waiting quite a long while then. The only variant of the 4 they are making that even had Exocet capability is the F1M, which is the last variant they are doing and the one that will take quite a bit longer due to the various newer technologies in it as opposed to the other 3 variants.
  8. Soon™ Joking aside, we don't know. Though it doesn't look like it'll be all that long before it's out.
  9. You're a bit off, it's just shy of 1 year since release(April 23rd 2021).
  10. No there wasn't. They hoped they'd be able to get it out in Q1, but stated it could easily be pushed back. I even linked you to that statement in another thread so I know you've seen it.
  11. I'll be keeping an eye on this. Color me intrigued.
  12. I'm sure there will be plenty of user made liveries as well, when the template is out.
  13. Can also confirm, removing the MB-339 mod fixed the issue for me as well.
  14. Dino said it quite plainly a month ago: When it's done, it's done. No need for worry.
  15. Dude seriously, relax. It's in ED's hands, and it'll be out when they're ready for it to be out. We all want to get it, believe me, but you need some patience.
  16. Where do you get the idea that it doesn't have the same pull? I didn't buy the Syria map primarily because it was Syria, I bought it primarily because of what types of terrain the map offered. I'm going to buy the South Atlantic for the same reason. Have you looked at the blockout of what the map is going to offer? The possibilities of the types of missions and campaigns on the South Atlantic map are going to be numerous. Hell with the increase in carrier based aircraft we're getting over the next couple of years will make this map that much more desirable(A-6, A-7, F-8[maybe even naval F-4] on top of the F-14, F/A-18, and A-4 already available).
  17. People are still going to buy whatever modules they want whenever they have the means to do so. Releasing them at the same time or at different times changes nothing. I think you'll find that quite a lot of people here buy many aircraft that overlap with each other. I own both the F-16 and the F/A-18. They both can essentially do the same things, so why didn't I just stick with one? Because I like both jets and I like to switch things up every so often. I don't exactly have hundreds of dollars laying around either, but I did buy everything I own over time by saving up. I don't get this belief that having modules come out at the same time will somehow cause people to not buy one of them? If they want both modules they'll get them. If they only want one then they'll get the one they want.
  18. I'm so down for a Fitter. Such a beautiful Soviet bomb truck.
  19. I'm not sure how new these are as I haven't really paid close attention to callsigns in the ME(I'm lazy I just plop planes down), but I assume Schilling is referring to these: F-16C has Viper, Venom, Cowboy, Lobo, Python, Panther, Rattler, Wolf, Weasel, Wild, Ninja, and Jedi. F/A-18C has Hornet, Squid, Ragin, Roman, Sting, Jury, Joker, Ram, Hawk, Devil, Check, and Snake.
  20. That teaser was fantastic, I'm so ready to fly this beautiful machine.
  21. FARPs are already in the game. In the Mission Editor go to Add Static Objects > Category = Heliport > Type = FARP and place it. Then go to Add Static Objects again > Category = Structures > and add a FARP Ammo Storage, a FARP Fuel Depot, and a FARP Tent in close proximity to the FARP itself(or on it). Those give you rearm, refuel, and repair respectively. You can then attach 4 helicopters onto the 4 pads respectively. There are also single pads, as well as an invisible FARP. There are also a couple of vehicles that can give some of the same functionality as the FARP structures, you can look down in the Mission Editor section of the forums for more info.
  22. You can see all the modules I own down in my sig. The Harrier is probably the plane I have the most stick time in. Out of all my modules it's easily in my top 3 favorite (AV-8B, F-14, F-16). She can carry an absolute boatload of ordnance, you get naval ops through the included Tarawa, and you can do STOL/VTOL off roads or FARPs. One of my favorite things is to do SEAD; fly very low and as fast, use as much terrain masking as possible, and pop those SAMs with the AGM-122 Sidearms and follow up with whatever other ordnance you prefer. She's quite unique and a lot of fun. Hopefully you'll enjoy testing the module.
