fixed SHKVAL doesn't render smoke

all of the tv sensors have this issue. it happened after the last patch

And it's not all units.  ED changed some truck smoke back to old type.  And those old smoke doesn't show on MFD.  Armors and SAM smokes work fine.

This bug is global (it does not only affect the Ka-50) and reported.
