MI-24P Hind Irritating warning sound continuously without stopping

I am experiencing a Irritating high pitched warning sound continuously without stopping whenever I fly the MI-24P Hind.

I tried shutting off every warning switch I can find but can't see to find out how to shut it off.

Sometimes the sound comes out of no where and other times when I am make aggressive maneuvering.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's really hard to understand what it is just from your explanation. Track file or video recording might be helpful for us to figure it out

That will probably be the rad alt. You set this with the bottom right (poss left) dial on the altimeter. Its default at 100 so often comes on. There is a yellow light attached to it but easily missed.

Yeah but doesn't change when "I am make aggressive maneuvering"

True - low alt warning maybe a better guess.

Hi.

With a hight stress maneuver you may decrease the rotor RPM s, desengaging the generators (righthand down pannel, where the bateries switches are), and this will start up an irritating alarm noise. Look at that pannel, be sure you recycle the generators and see if that helped.

I also think about the RWR, as @Hoirtelsaid.

The warning sound is exactly like the lock on notification you get when locked onto target but just never ends.

This is because you did not close the sight before exceeding the Raduga-Sh periscope limits. Becuase of this Petro had to close the sight doors itself. It will re open the sight occasionally and keep it locked at boresight, thus causing the Launch aurhorized warning sound

You can get rid of this by getting within the attitude limits of the Raduga periscope system, +/-25 degrees pitch or roll, this way Petro will open the sight doors. And after pressing down short while AI menu is up, Petro will close the sight permanently, and no longer occasionally open it and keep it at boresight. Which triggers the launch tone caused by the periscope being within 17 mils of boresight.
