I am very impressed by the quality of the module! And the availability of many AI versions for the F1 from day 1.

Thank you Aerges.

Yes it is. At first I thought it was perhaps a bit too easy to fly, but the sense of inertia is definitely there so the real jet must be pretty easy to fly too.
Very sensitive in pitch though, and I had to adjust the Y-saturation to 77 for the throttle to match the physical detent for the afterburner with the one in the jet.
Incredible fuel efficiency too: I was surprised by that.

The aircraft is really beautiful. Worth the purchase! Now just fix the problems found and everything will be fine!

Agreed, really impressed so far.

I noticed that I hear the faint breathing of the pilot in level flight ; and the more "constrained" heavy breathing when pulling high-Gs. The first one is new to me, I never noticed it in other aircraft in DCS. Really great for immersion I must say.

I saw how some vids remarked on the dark cockpit, but playing it live, it doesn't look so bad.  Maybe my delta is higher...

It depends on the time of day, at mid-day it is really dark, but at dawn it looks great.

I know...  No-flare landings are a bit tough.  Planted mine in the dirt first time trying.

I really like it so far.  Simple systems, good (but not fool proof) handling, excellent performance.  Dynamically similar to the MiG-21 and F-5E, but with more Gallic charm.  Good selection of weapons but no hand-holding CCIP/CCRP or IAMs.  Just good old fashioned, disciplined, by-the-numbers bombing.  Easy to learn, hard to do well.  Not really touched the A/A and RADAR yet, but very satisfying as an 80's analogue A/G platform.

Aerges, you did it. The F1 is superb. The flight model is truly excellent and the same applies to the simulation of the Atar 9K-50 engine. Flying this aircraft to the very extremes of its performance envelope reveals all the work which has gone in this module. Again, simply excellent. I love what you guys did, there and since this is just the early access version of the F1 the things to come will most likely only add more awesome stuff. Yes, this module is a winner. 👏  🤙
