I don't know where you get your infos from, but it looks like a bad source.

Think this one slipped through being answered. Telling from experience, this is important for many to have working.

This is about the DCS World/mods/terrains/MAPNAME/Kneeboard/ folder. It is so you can put kneeboard pages that only show when flying the map. But with any plane. Some other maps miss this and it is a huge quality of life loss.

Cheers for being so active with the community. Leaves a good impression and i am definitely looking forward to the release in 'two weeks'TM 🙂

Will the sinai map have the sat pages for the hornet and A10? I know in the A10 the data is very limited. I would love to see that in the viper too.

@OnReTech Will the country Israel have landmarks? Historic points? Attractions? I ask because it will be the part of the map that I will spend the most time flying. Thank You!

Hi @ThorBrasil, sorry for delay answer.

In EA in Israel there will be only those objects in Tel Aviv that are. We are working according to the plan, 2 phases have already been completed and they will be released in EA. But the 3rd phase will include the unique objects of Israel (Jerusalem) and Egypt (Alexandria). It is also planned to make Petra in Jordan.

Аfter EA, I will try to describe in detail what will be in third phase of the Sinai map - this will be the release!

Really looking forward to the giant city action around Cairo. Will be very interesting to see how it runs and what the eye candy is like.

 

I hope there are some major airports with good night lighting.

I hope runs better than London from Normandy 2.0, especially in VR 😋. Aleppo is good benchamrk for me.

Normandy 2 is a bit of a beast, but with my new 4070 😃 I'm getting nice FPS with small missions and sightseeing with the eye candy up high. Given my style of flights, I think Sinai should run well enough. I'll try Aleppo just to see. Haven't really tested it. 

 

You people in the VR tribe, you're all aliens to me. I have no idea how you guys breathe the atmosphere

Sorry if this has been covered already, but any idea about the memory consumption for the map? Will it be similar or more than Syria given the new map tech you guys are supposedly using? 🙂
