Integrity check in v2.8 for F-16

Anyone knows, what is this error message?

ps: after game restart, integrity check was OK. But I would still like to know what was it?

if this setting is on the server then it is correct if not then it is a bug.

As per the changelog, the IC now checks the aircraft script files. So if you have adjusted the CMDS programs for the F-16 so you don't have to manually set it everytime when you start, well... Either get used to do it manually or search for servers without IC enabled.

Man that’s going to suck.. i modify all of my stroke defs to make my hud lines smaller since on an ultra wide (49”) screen they are fat and blurry( lack of proper widescreen support I’m guessing). Hopefully not too many servers implement this.

I have app called Dice, which is meant to pre-set chaffs and flairs. So this is it then? 

This is the warning line from log file: 

WARNING SECURITYCONTROL (Main): IC fail: mods/aircraft/f-16c/cockpit/scripts/ews/cmds/device/cmds_ale47.lua

PS: No problem, I like to keep it as real as it can get... I just removed DiCE app from my pc.

Only that dice simulated a part of a DTC, which was already closer to reality.  

Apart from that, DTC were announced in the changelog and we are no longer dependent on tools like DTC.

Dice should not be a problem on 98% of servers at the moment.


If this is set to "No", things like Dice are no problem.

This is not a single server related. But its a general DCS Multiplayer Integrity Check (that icon on the top middle part of the screen; green if ok, red if not ok).

PS: As said, I have removed DiCE app, and there is no issue anymore.

I can use Dice without problems, if the icon at the top is red I just have to restart the game.

As I said, this is still a bug.

Same here.. but when you come to the multiplayer lobby for the 2nd time after starting the game, that IC icon is again red! So I had enough, and deleted DiCE app

Anyway, I also prefer now having a SIM, and doing all the necessary work, like real pilots do.

Can ED do a CMD custom program settings like JF17 for F18 and F16?I hate edit the scripts one by one and now some server not allowed the custom CMD scripts!

Well the point is in RL pilots just put a DTC in and everything is set to go. There is not  single pilot who is programming their Chaff and Flare programs after starting up the aircraft.

We might get DTC some day for F-16 as well.

yes, but in the mean time, let us modify the LUA file for the chaff/flare. It's a freakin' pain in the butt to modify all programs after startup

Doesn't exist yet so you can't use it.

Ongoing tasks for later updates:

• LADD bombing mode. We had hoped to have it available for this update, but it requires further tuning.
• Animated tail hook and alternative landing gear handle.
• New pilot model, after the new Hornet pilot model.
• RWR PRF tones in handoff mode.
• Air-to-Air datalink target assignments.
• Data Transfer Cartridge and default cockpit settings.

I had IC fails after Friday update because of DICE but next day IC passed without me doing any changes to DCS files. The same happened yesterday. I installed the hotfix update, tried to join Enigma server and again, IC failed and the red shield icon on the servers list. I opened DCS today and the shield icon is green again!

Until you quit the server and than it will be red again. You will need to restart the game for it to be green again
