Empty external fuel tanks option

The M2000C has a nice option for selecting empty external fuel tanks on the mission editor. It's useful  for simulating on air starting ''realistic'' BFM training setups, where the engaged aircrafts are positioned in close distance with the assumption that they  have already consumed the external fuel flying to the training range and have the restriction to keep the tanks onboard as in real life (for cost reasons), so the pilots have to deal with that extra drag. Have heard that this can be done for other aircrafts by editing the respective lua files, but it would be cool to have that option already in game for more aircrafts, like for the 16 and the 18.

Personally, it would be better if the mission editor had more fidelity, allowing you to adjust how much fuel are in things like external tanks.
