I'd say these are the most common issues:

• The smaller incremental update pack was installed instead of the complete pack (check sizes and filenames on my site).
• The pack was unzipped in the wrong folder.
• The user have other installed mods that conflict.

Yeah I don't use any mods, but I'll doublecheck the files though.

Is it one specific pack that's causing issues, have you tried any of my others?

So far it was the USA stuff, and that's it, so in the future (maybe later on tonight) I'll download everything and see if that doesn't fix the issue.

You probably have the update only. I hope so, 'cause that's an easy fix!

good day currenthill, i was wondering if you're planning on bringing back the israeli asset pack? i'm doing some scenarios israel vs iran because of the latest conflict between them and i cannot find israeli SAM mods that work

Hi @currenthill, I was checking the website of your mods to see if maybe there was a new update around the corner and I realized there is also the tab for the "RWR and HARM ID" pack. What does that actually add to the game? New signatures for RWR?

Yep, it contains the RWR signatures and HarmIDs for all my assets.

Installed the new RWR and HARM ID folder in the core folder (D:\DCS World OpenBeta\RWR and HARM IDs by CH 1.5.0\Scripts\Aircrafts\_Common). No dice with any CH SAM and the F-16C RWR. What am I doing wrong?

We'll see, depending on how many assets I want to add. But I might release an update pretty soon, and then continue to add assets to the China pack, as I have plenty more to add.

The files in the zip should overwrite the core files (that's why it can't go in the saved games folder). If you don't get an overwrite warning, they aren't in the correct place.

This is the folder where they are located on my drive: 

F:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Scripts\Aircrafts\_Common\Cockpit

 When ED releases the update that integrates of HIMARS with ATACMS into the core game, will you continue to maintain the PrSM missile in your mod or you will remove it ?

Not sure yet, but as it's a separate asset from the other HIMARS (and not only a weapon option, since that's hard to do in DCS), I might just keep it. My idea is to remove redundant/duplicated assets.

Anything is possible, but as I describe in the FAQ, the assets added to the DCS core Currenthill Assets Pack need to meet a certain criteria as we try to make them as true to life as possible. For example, this means there has to be some sort of available specifications to the weapons added. But the general approach is that we have an open mind when choosing assets to include.

This is also the reason I will keep working on the mod packs on the side, as I'll be able to add assets that doesn't fully meet the criteria.

I'm actually enjoying making all these new Chinese assets, so it's definitely on my radar.

Absolutely, donations are always very appreciated, since I still purchase a lot of models which will go into the mod packs.
