Roger Hedrick Posted March 11, 2023 Share Posted March 11, 2023 I was making a custom livery for the F/A-18E Super Hornet (CJS Mod), and I finished the first dds file. When I exported it from GIMP and booted up DCS, it is just rendered as black. It was working before. I would periodically check the skin as I worked on it, but now it won't work. Megalax Posted March 12, 2023 Share Posted March 12, 2023 Black means its in a format that DCS doesn't understand. Usually its because your dds file isn't square, IE 4096*4096.
