reported earlier Messed up cockpit view/resolution in F-16 under high Gees

Found while performing gun attacks on ground targets. View becomes very distorted, but the effect disappears and returns to normal once the gees have gone below a certain level - seems to be about 4-5G. 

Driver is latest Nvidia 531.18, hardware: 1070 Ti, 5600X, Win10

Found the same effect with (oddly enough) the Apache during a survivable crash landing. Momentarily blacked out, aspect ratio distortion on 'waking up', effect goes away as G-LOC effects disappear.

I have observed the similar effect in F/A-18. It's almost as if a stretched cockpit is the new fade to black on high G...

Update : Seems that slow fix fixed that bug for me.

in our known issues 

 

• Rare occasion of stretched cockpit resolution happens randomly on first simulation launch

but please also ensure you have no unofficial mods installed 

run a slow repair or verify if steam also. 

If you still have issues please include the dcs log from the session it may have clues

Slow fix appears to have done the job, thanks! It wasn't the first sim launch after update - I think about the third. No mods installed (apart from aircraft, eg. A-4). Log is attached anyway in case you want it.

You need to run Repair DCS world open beta program.

I juste have done the test and it is not good even after the slow reparation.

Update - it's still happening. My testing yesterday after the slow fix was singleplayer; perhaps that makes a difference.

Yup, for me too. Strange but only when im in a2g configuration. I guess the only option is to wait for next update :(.

I can confirm this is happening to me too.

Same with me to. A/G attack, F-16 and pulling Gs. Last for some seconds and then revert back to normal resolution again…Happened 4 times during a 10 min mission.

 

Otherwise the MT update is super awesome! Smoother and up to 90 percent increased fps

I get this in the F/A-18C under high Gs in 2D.  In another thread someone mentioned it may be related to a buggy G blackout effect.  Seems plausible as the issue only lasts 5 to 10 seconds.
