You are free to do it - I always do before takeoff.

It is my understanding that all DCS sales are final. It was clearly advertised as an incomplete early release (albeit with an implied continued support). From that perspective, no, I don't think refunds are going to happen. It would be nice it they at least fixed the bullseye. Honestly, map is great otherwise... SURE, it's missing a ton of things, but it would be good enough if it were usable for mission planning.

known issue Fuze settings resetting during flight
markom replied to filthymanc's topic in Bugs and Problems
I was struggling with this very thing last night. -
There are, I believe, two bridges. Both are indestructible.

I'd like to see a screenshot with a bullseye *on the map*

Are you planning to add different fuzes to the suite? It would be a great addition to the payload section. -
I came here to, sadly, say the same thing. While I understand the challenges, priorities, and there are things we as end-users don't see, it does appear, again to me as an end-user, that this map is indeed, abandonware. I will use it as I have until now, but I have no hope for any meaningful updates whatsoever at this point.

investigating HUD elements still appear too thick when using 4K
markom replied to maverick90's topic in Bugs and Problems
That does help, but it's still a bit too thick for those of us using unusual screens. Specifically, I have 32:9 screen, and HUD lines are thicker than I would expect them. It's a problem not easily reproducible with track files, but I am happy to take videos and photos to demonstrate. -
Home FPAS can be permanently killed by setting it to WP 58, but it's a brute-force approach.
-
OMG! Will this thing silence the HOME FPAS alert and BINGO as well?

Unless they are destructible. Then it makes sense including them... as either targets, or things to protect, or just... collateral damage.
-
It's a nice song though. We get to enjoy it for ~6 more weeks by the look of it.

Radio menu, ground crew, request takeoff.

You can do it manually... Sadly, it's rather difficult to save the layout for next time... It takes a bit to do it right.
-
From what I remember, that should not be happening. To preempt the inevitable - can you post a track?

+1 for not derailing the discussion about the already awesome model. it's a joy to use Also +1 for a more detailed damage model. Once in a blue moon, my a/c gets damaged in an exciting and unusual way that makes it still flyable. It's an amazing challenge getting it safely to ground. I'd love to have many more different opportunities like that with a more detailed damage model.

Ohhhhhhh *excitement* /dance!

Oh jeez, that explains painful refueling. I thought I was going nuts. It was awesome though! I may just leave it on :-).

Honestly, I think most of us would just go away if they fixed the bullseye thing. As-is, the map is very unattractive for A/A missions, since all built-in AWACS calls would be nonsensical.
