Rudel_chw Posted March 19, 2023 Posted March 19, 2023 Hello, Actually, I can't "see" the mission on the File Open dialog .. on my disk I have these mission series: But when I go to the same folder to load one of them onto the Mission Editor, I don't see any file: Only happens with these missions, which admittedly are pretty old, 2017 or so. I can see newer missions just fine. I even downloaded one of them again, just in case my copy had got corrupt, but no, it doesn't appear on the listing either (its the startup mission). If anyone has time, can you try to open it on your Mission Editor? It's this one: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2751505/ Thanks a lot for any help with this Eduardo For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
razo+r Posted March 19, 2023 Posted March 19, 2023 I was able to open the mission that you've linked. I've re-saved the mission, maybe it will help? Fw190_Training_-_Start_Up_-_Normandy_new.miz

Thanks a lot for the help .. I saved your version of the mission, but I still can't see it when I try to open it on the ME ... so, it must be something wrong with my DCS .. I will disable all my Mods (even tough none its related to the ME), do a repair (just in case) and re-try ... thanks again For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

I disabled every Mod that I had installed, did a full repair with delete of extra files, and my Mission Editor still couldn't see these files.. Then I went a step furtehr and renamed my /Saved Games/DCS.OpenBeta/ to .bak ... then DCS re-created the folder with default values, and yet the files don't show up on my ME: So strange, I'm out of ideas at the moment .. That’s it … I removed Normandy a few months ago because of lack of disk space and then forgot about it since I wasn’t doing WW2 at the moment. Thanks to all of you for the help.
