reported AI won't communicate in F-15C Aggressors Instant Action

The instant action on the Nevada map called "F-15C Aggressors" prompts you to work with your wingman to fight the enemy F-5Es.  However, I cannot communicate with my wingman.  I'm not getting any response to radio commands.  (I have Easy Comms off).

Try turning “easy comms” on? This is an FC3 aircraft.

I can communicate in/with FC3 aircraft ok in other missions.  It's just this one acting weird.

Because the radio is turned off for your flight in this mission. Probably a mission creator mistake since the mission is specifically about combat using the wingman.

Easy comms setting doesn't matter for FC3 aircraft.
