RSBN Updates for Sinai?

Yep, having RSBNs would definitely be nice, as well as some instant action missions which are already lacking in some other maps, but Sinai is a rightful place for the -21.

Best would be if it could use the ED RSBN beacon API, i think they got one now?

But thats probably more of a long term goal, maybe with the Mig-21 rework.

This.

And yes, ED RSBN are included in DCS from the first KA-50 iteration as far as I known.

Is there a plan to switch to ED RSBN? The MiG RSBN is not that great.. Not only that it doesn't work as it should, but you cannot add stations because it breaks IC. :s

Not that I dislike the idea, but wouldn't that mean that the only RSBN stations we'd ever have are the four (?) military Russian airbases on Caucasus?

We got RSBN even on Normandy now (don't know why).

"The RSBN system is factory installed on a car semi-trailer and is adapted to operate in field conditions, so it does not need to have a special foundation, however, there are hardened stands for similar devices at airports where they are simply intended for permanent operation."

We've recently tested RSBN stations for Sinai, hopefully we'll get them pushed in the next update.

Not all NDB station were added though.

Indeed, there are pros and cons to both methods.. the ideal situation would be where you have all stations in one place (ED RSBN) rather than having them on a per plane basis and you can add stations as desired without breaking IC.. or even a ground unit like the TACAN one would do.. but again, that would be useless at the moment to the MiG-21 as it has its own system.
