As of today, I am unable to fly the F-15E with six AMRAAMs and two Sidewinders without any additional fuel tanks and with the LANTIRN pods disassembled and the center pylon above Mach 1.4 disassembled.

Not only that, after setting the F-15E in the mission editor in this configuration at an altitude of 42,000 feet and a speed of Mach 2.07, after starting the simulation and turning on the boosters in maintained level flight without any maneuvers, the aircraft gradually slows down to a speed of Mach 1.6. When it stabilizes at this speed, any change in the motion parameters causes further deceleration. Perhaps diving from 42,000 feet to 33,000 will make it possible to accelerate to Mach 1.7-1.8... great...

For today, the F-16C is definitely a faster plane than the F-15E in DCS ... I wonder what the pilots who actually fly the F-15E ...

It is still a bomb truck at the end of the day, not a straight-laced C. Hence the name, Strike Eagle!

DO it or Don't, but don't cry about it. Real men don't cry!

Yep, because it is the F-15as in "Strike Eagle" or "Mudhen" as she is called by the pilots.

It's not the light grey Eagle...

Different weight, added CFTs and different thrust-to-weight ratio.

Loading it up with AMRAAM and Sidewinders does not convert it into an air superiority fighter.

Tested RL 4x4 config should be similar enough and gets around M1.8.

Yes, even better than the "C" if empty or small loadout. 🤔

How? It is heavier (EW equipment mounted inside the plane and a second cockpit including avionics).

Different engines with more thrust. (129 kN instead of 106 kN)

Unfortunately that is not enough to counter the increased weight and the increased aerodynamic drag caused by the cfts. If you want to run cap and sling missiles at mach 2+ just fly the c model. otherwise the E model even with its metaphorical ball and chain is a force to be reckoned with in the BVR arena.
