Edit: on my first playthrough I encountered the same issue as you. Bomb went somewhere else entirely. Dropping while in a dive worked every time. Why it would even matter with an LGB, I don't know. 🤷‍♂️ Normally it absolutely shouldn't. But code is code and bugs are bugs. 🙂

- Start from Push version now will start with autopilot set to fly to steerpoint 3.  This will extend the "do not touch" period to about 23 seconds after start.  Aircraft will roll right, left and right, this is normal.

- Mission logic has changed.  Player will not notice anything different, except as above.  The changes just make it much easier for me to maintain two missions at the same time.

Anyone have any idea why my autopilot does not work in any of Sedlo's missions?

Works fine in any other mission or training, just not any from Sedlo.

No idea, @dporter22.. Works fine for me and you're the first to mention any issues.  I'm guessing a mod-conflict on your end if it's not working on any of my missions.  I don't have anything fancy, the mission was created with vanilla assets.  The only thing I can think of is that I have realistic comms enforced.  Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but that's all I can think of.  Disable any mods you have installed and try again.

Yes, very odd. I've tried several different times in three of your missions and the autopilot just doesn't work.

Works normally everywhere else and I'm using the same procedures.

No mods installed and haven't changed the comm settings.

Which missions and what technique are you using to engage it?  I'm really at a loss as to be what's going on.

Just so you know, the airborne start on this one has the autopilot engaged at mission start.  So if you press the AP button it will turn it off.

Btw. Personally I prefer to start always from the ground from cold and dark stage :).

Roger that... That's why I included two versions... The "Start from Push" option can get you back into the fight quick in case you get shot down or run out of gas 😉

I am having an issue with a C130 parked on the runway with the ramp down right at the start of the mission. We get all the way through the taxi and take off and then my wingman crashes into the c130 and the triggers do not progress any further. Any ideas?

That isn’t supposed to happen 😉  Someone else had reported that but I haven’t been able to replicate.

I've flown it yesterday and managed to complete it on my second try - turns out,

if it's recommended not to fly over a certain city due to MANPAD threat, it's best not to fly over that city under the cloud layer. 😉isis_approach_3_pix.jpg

Yo Sedlo! The mission is great, there's just one problem. Unfortunately it is the second time that my partner ejects for bingo fuel. That guy runs around on full afterburners and doesn't make it to the end of his mission. Unfortunately, when his plane crashes, the mission does not continue. How can I avoid it?

Yeah, that can happen sometimes.  The wingmen right now in all missions are... well, they're dumb.  You've really got to babysit them a lot right now.   But with some techniques you can make it work.  Best things to do:

1.  Send them to the tanker. 

2. Manage your speed so that they don't have to use afterburner to keep up with you.  Try to cruise maybe mach .75-.80.

3.  In the target area, you can just tell them to hold position, and they'll set up an orbit and burn less (make sure you tell them to do that well away from any threats).

4.  On the RTB, when you are about 10 miles out from ADDER, send them to refuel again (not before)

5.  Petition ED to make the AI better.... OR... Let us have an option to make individual units unlimited fuel.

You are the man. Thank you for the fast response. My buddy has refueled right after me the first time, but he ejected anyway during the mission. Telling him to hold position will get the job done for sure. I will do that.

I would love to see the ability to have unlimited fuel per unit.  That would solve AWACS/Tanker woes, plus burner-happy AI wingmen, for sure.

Anyway, thanks again for flying it and I'm glad you found it enjoyable (and eye-candy-like, too)
